Captain Bean attended Robert Lee Paschal High School in Fort Worth, Texas graduating in 1950. He was gifted this award thirty-three years later in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the school district. Acquired directly from the estate of Moonwalker Alan Bean, the engraved plate measures 10 by 6 inches, wooden plaque measures 14 by 10 inches, and in fine condition with a few scratches and dings.
